ahh guys, i have the bowstring, and i went to the tanners shop place, and there was just a fella saying he was closed... there was no assasins or anythin what do i have to do?

If you've been to the Bridge District, you'll know there's a murderer on the loose. Ask around the District. Check your Journal for clues (skip back a few chapters). Do a bit of investigating. Before you know it, you'll be on the right track.
