Really stupid crypt question

Allright... this is going to sound REALLY stupid, but how do I get into the crypt?? I don't mean the surface door. I got that by pushing the statue. I mean the one at the far side of the first little room you enter at the bottom of the stairs. I can't open that door! Is there a trick to it? Is there a button or item I am missing? Am I BLIND or what??? This stinky rat pie is getting cold.....

Hi, don't worry - you're not alone. I too got stumped at this spot. When I tell you the answer, which I obtained from the TGE forum, you'll be smacking your own head:

In line with classic RPG tradition, there is a lever... on the wall in the room with the closed door... in the shadows! Just locate the shadowy spot on the wall, and walk towards it, preferably with a Whiska character leading (nightvision). Priest's Spirit Eye also helps!

I did indeed smack myself when I finally found this! Found it last night by myself actually. Was doing the "sidestep right up against the wall looking for the hidden brick to press" dance when I ran into it. Sneaky Sneaky Sneaky!!
