You know, how most peoples PC's have tons of icons in their taskbar? Those ALL eat memory. I have only 2. 1 is sound, and the other is the network connection monitors.. clean!!!

I am somewhat surprised that you get cbc radio in Florida? I guess they can get a large enough audience (Snowbirds)

LOL! Yeah the radio isn't all that bad. The internet news however is usually only a good place for Canadians. The BBC news have different sections for every continent. Most often loaded with news. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Pritchke [img]smile.gif[/img] He said he didn't like Drudge because of the spin...the Post is at least as well spun as Drudge if not more so [img]smile.gif[/img] They have a couple of decent writers but most of them are waaaay offf on one side of the political spectrum

you know, IE isn't the only browser out there, mozilla and opera are a lot better anyway and both support blocking pop-ups on their own.
or why not set your startup page to the finest web-guide on the, hm... web, www.google.com, where news (and lots more) are just a click away.
