Vampire - The Masquerade: Redemption. Beutiful blend of acoustic medieval melodies with modern-day techno rave.

The music for BGII is one of the best. Otherwise I would like to mention Red Alert. "Hellmarch"...

I don't think the music for BG2 is anything exceptional. However, I agree the original Red Alert soundtrack was wicked. Also Deus Ex has some brilliant tracks in its arsenal.

I agree wholeheartedly with johnny here. I can't believe I said that. Most games have such sucky music that I'd rather turn off the music and play my own through my headset.
I do the same. Whenever I play BG2 I have a cd with Lord of the Rings, Braveheart and The Last of the Mohicans songs burned on it. It makes a good battle that much more entertaining.

Fallout's end theme.

The vault-dweller walking towards the sunset to the sound of Armstrong's "A kiss to build a bridge on" was by far my best gaming experience musicwise

I was going to mention that one. I remember the first time I beat that game - turned it off, turned on the radin - and the Homeworld theme played. Perfection.

Homeworld is ace. Wonder if Cataclysm is cheap enough for me to buy yet.

True! Homeworld. How could I forget! I loved the way the rythm picked up during fights.

The voice acting was awsome too.

Just about anything from Square. FF 3, (6) 7, 8, 9, X and Tactics. Chrono Trigger Chrono Cross, Xenogears Brave Fencer Musaschi BG (attacked by assasin was by far the coolest battle theme in BG.) and BGII, (Didn't care for most of NWN music) MGS and MGS2, Tekken and Tekken Tag. Yoshi's Island, some Mario music, Heroes of Might and Magic I,II, and III. I could list stuff for pages lol.
