i just checked, and they do have an archive of older video drivers.
to find the older video drivers, go here: http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp select the graphics driver, then select what kind of video card you have, then select your operating system. click go and itll take you to the most recent video driver. click on the "driver archive" on the left side of the page, and it will take you to several older drivers you can download. i am using the version 53.04, which did make the game work for me. other newer versions may work, but i havent tried them out. make sure you uninstall your video driver first, before you install an older one. hope it works for you too [img]smile.gif[/img] . |

Thanx clare, i have this drive in a cd and when i have time i will test and report here, and i have tried with the newer version and didnt work.But, thats in my pc. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Hi all
I just checked & Nvidia drivers 71.84 & 71.89 dont work with IWD1&2. Drivers 66.93 backwards work OK for me. Thanks all Alboy |

For those interested, the newest nVidia drivers work with Icewind Dale II. They were just posted yesterday (june 22, 2005). They're version 77.72.
