losing spell lists

I seem to be getting repeating problems with spell lists for my bard and cleric,they keep becoming inaccessible, and I have to keep going back to my previous autosave point, has anyone else suffered this problem and is there a fix for it?, I have ToTLM and Aurils Bane installed. Any help much appreciated.

Make sure you're not casting spells that temporarily disable spellcasting. If thats' the case, you need to rest.

the last time it happened I cast resurrection and following that my cleric could not cast any more spells even after resting.

Your characters aren't feebleminded, are they? What equipment are they wearing?

No it just appears to happen at random points so now every time before I quicksave the game I have to check that all spell lists are accessible, so far it has happened to my bard 3 times and my cleric twice for no apparent reason, and I have checked all the equipment. I should mention that the lists are still there but go like they would if you were trying to access them but were wearing armour.

You have to have a full day of rest, after casting Resurrection. I'm not sure why your bard would have spell casting disabled off the top of my head.
