Some of that stuff still happens, i think it's been almost 3 years since i've had a panadol etc or any prescribed medication, discluding the obvious (cough drops, caffiene, alcoho... err nevermind). Anyway i do agree that there are certain exadurations and that the legal system needs serious remodeling.
BUT...
life expectancy is majorly up, in the end that is what we want isn't it? kids can still eg play in the dirt, but there are certain advantages of modern stuff, in most ways...

No, you won't die, Jorath.. I do it at least once a tenday. I always thought that, on some level, it was good for me. Keep that immune system on its toes! I haven't been sick in years... so I guess I'm doing *something* right. Perhaps I should write my own diet book?
