Where are the 3 heads of the flail of the ages in Nalia's castle? Please help!

Please help, I only found two.
The one beside the flail maker and the one that the man was keeping.
I appreciate your help in advance!

And thus Gothmog returns.

Note that if you CHARM or DIRE CHARM, (not dominate) Glacias, you get more XP and the head for free. You also don't have to kill him and it makes a good-aligned party better from the eternal Roleplaying Perspective.

I have found a fourth head for this flail, where do I go to get it attached, I went back to the forge at Nalia's house, but couldn't get in, and Cromwell wasn't interested either. Any ideas?

I presume you have ToB installed. When you enter ToB proper, you will meet an entity that will help you forge the 4th head of the Flail of Ages.

Later on, you get to find a 5th head! And you will assemble the almighty FLAIL OF THE AGES +5! MuWahHAHAHAHA! Possibly the most kickass weapon in the entire game!

1d6 + 5 blunt damage, +2 fire damage, +2 cold damage, +2 electrical damage, +2 acid damage, +2 poison damage

Free Action when equipped and some magic resistance too if I recall correctly.

Dualwield this with Crom Faeyr and they shall tremble! They shall ALL TREMBLE! WahHAHAHAHA!!!!

WahHAHAHAHA! HAHAHAHA!!!! MuWahHAHAHAHA!!!!
