to be brief ...
i got a note of some captain in an inn, in the docks-district. He was in a bar/cafe-thingie, and the note said something about slaves and a certain noble family involved .. Where do i get this quest ??? |

. . . . . . . . . . you need to have Nalia in your party, it forms part of her sub quest. I'm presuming you were blatantly picpocketing everyone in sight and got it by mistake?
