The same here. It seems to have some effect but not the effect many advertisements give it credit for However I believe you can't find it in regular stores in some countries any more. Apparently it has now become a patented drug. Glucosamine's effects have been backed by placebo studies. Some studies have also shown that NSAIDs (Ibuprofen) may hasten the development of arthritis.

This approach aims to increase the natural stress responses of tissues, which may contribute to increased cell survival, retardation of progression of cartilage lesions and possibly regeneration of cartilage matrix.

I read one of those studies about NSAIDs, Willow, and it struck me that the people on NSAIDS reported more activity than the non-users, so perhaps the NSAIDs were masking the pain, preventing resting when appropriate? And, what the heck is TTD? An expansion pack for Wizards and Warriors?

That was my first thought as well but exercise is supposed to prevent arthritis. At least in moderate amounts. The study I read had some anti-cortisone jibberish as well so I'm not sure if I take it too seriously.

TTD is the festive celebration of Teasing Timber Day. I can't wait. But basically every day is Teasing Timber Day.

I'm off to see if I can get dinner started. Have a great one.

Wait until next Friday, then start talking. Until then, keep quiet!

But tell me...it is excellent, isn't it?

Hey! Quiet you! No Matrix talk in here for at least a week!

Or do it in a separate thread so we don't blindly fall into a spoiler ....
