Two questions:

First how or can you learn new traits (am I using the right term?)
For example I would like to Enchant a weapon (I have the spells) but not the enchant or bless skills and I don't see any training for this in the wizard's guild. Will someone offer this later in the game?

Also, along the left side of the screen, the six buttons under the character portrait. The manual refers to one as being 'special action button' On all of my characters this button says 'dragon fire'. Is this a bug or will it change if that character has some special action to perform? I thought it would show up when my Barbarian gained the bloodlust skill, but I guess it is used automatically.
Thanks.

Learning new traits is done at a guild. However you have to be a higher level in your guild to learn them. I think it is 4 or 5 to learn the enchant or bless trait and then corresponding skill.

The drgaon fire button is for a trait you can get. Not sure how but it is in the book.

Yes, you need to be a higher level at the guild in order to learn to (bless/enchant).

For example:
In order to Bless armor or weapons you need to learn the Bless (skill)
In order to learn the Bless (skill) you need to learn the Cabalist (trait)
In order to learn the Cabalist (trait) to need to be at least Level 4
at the temple.

I expect a similar progression for the Enchant (skill)

Yeah, the special action button is pretty much only for combat. I've never used it from a character profile. I've only seen Vampire Bite & Cloak of Shadow attack under this button although i am sure there are many more.

Thanks for the help, however, I'm still worried that all my characters say 'dragon fire' on their special action button and none of them even posess this skill. Is this how everyone's screen looks?

Yeah, the Dragon breath button is there below the portrait for all my chars. I think it's a programming slip (i.e. bug).
