I dont think there is... done every quest in the game ...run trough it 5 timws so I doubt there is one called that...but hey I may have missed something

Okay then E`bola I'm afraid that it isn't in the game.
You can put it in though using Shadowkeep or by using the CLUA console code that Lord Shield gave you...... ------------------

There are two of them both with the same description but different graphics.
They shouldn't be in BG2 but there is a BG2 version! odd eh! |

They included it in BGII in case you had it in BGI and imported you character weilding it. There are some other BGI items found in a chest when you fight a mean Dwarf and friends.
