Well, I can do maybe two or three pushups, as nobody's forced me to do those in years. But I wouldn't use that to gauge my fitness level. What about things like endurance and other interesting muscles? (No, not THOSE muscles, perverts. Well, maybe a bit.) Dancers are often the fittest people around. But they don't do pushups or pullups.

about 20 (pullups like chinups?)
I don´t run that short distances but quite fast I imagine 40 or so lol,I suck at situps.I can do 15-30 depending on which mood I´m in |

Well, I'm a 30 year old out of shape who ironically just started training again this Wednesday after a 10 year drought:
