Bardan, maybe you need to reread this?

I believe the horse is dead, Bardan. Peeing all over its desecrated body surely isn't going to bring it back alive.

And sheesh, there's more drama in this topic than in the average soap - I actually feel dumber after reading it.

i realize this thread is not to post excuses as to why we can't donate, but i would like to apologize on mine and nathan's part for not being able to do more. nearly every month the donations thread comes up we want to donate and we almost always mention that we will try...i can't even say that now. the cash i was going to throw in an envelope and seal and stamp now has to do laundry...carol's diaper leaked all over her snowsuit, the only fitting peice of winter outerwear she has. i know the $2-$3 would not have been much, but i was going to try.

to those who do donate: THANK YOU SO MUCH! i know i don't post often, i lurk, i read and usually someone else has stated my own opinion so no reason to repeat. i post on occaision in cloudy's and i try to play some rp games (sorry to my dm's i'm drowning in housework, children and depression) and i love most of you here (this includes both reeka and larry,) and like the rest.

i really appreciate iw, ziroc, the mods, and the posters. it is very rare for me to feel even slightly accepted anywhere, and the fact that i haven't abandond iw like everyother forum is a testament of how much it means to me.

nathan and i are looking into buying a house which will save us money as the mortgage would be less than our current rent per month. perhaps we can help. thank you all for listening to me.

Well said Groj - yeah, I wondered if someone somewhere would want a "round 2" rather than drop it as Dan and Reeka had requested. My suggestion of locking or deleting (and restarting a donations thread) to prevent more peeing or even worse, a bout of circular peeing wasn't acted on. Well said also to Megabot who seems to be actively working to prevent "round 2"

Exactly. And remember people, inter-forum flame-wars and epic drama-acts are soooooo two years ago. Get with the times already!
