Hm... nothing like that with me that I can think of. However, different cultures also have different foods - and no, I am not talking about East-West culture differences! For instance (bad example), in Germany we often eat Currywurst, a kind of sausage with curry and ketchup. I love it, but most foreigners view this with disgust (at least the English exchange students were VERY surprised). And for those who are thinking "Sauerkraut", no, Sauerkraut is not exactly typically German anymore. I hate the stuff.
Also, for example, I believe that in England you eat meat with peppermint sauce, am I right? NOT exactly what I am used to. ------------------ Sapphire Dragoness of ALSB Waitress at Cloudy's Cafe Guardian of the Temple of Aerie (specialized in GenCon and BG) Magess of Lady Lioness' Court Historian of IW Most Illustrious Arch-Magess of the Illuminati Lux omnis est Once Upon A Paper Writer's Forum |

I will swear that I am capable of eating anything from any culture!
In Mexico, They have what is called Menudo. It consists of stuffed cow's stomach and bones of whatever, cooked in a large kettle. You are to eat the marrow from the bones, and dig in to that cow's stomach. Another favorite is Intestine tacos, where the meat of the taco is the small intestine. It has a very irony taste. Anyway, after having those...I can eat anything and not complain. That is why I am in International Business studies. I can travel the world, without being homesick for anything. 1. Apple with Peanut Butter
2. Banana with Peanut Butter 3. Banana with mayonaise in a sandwich 4. Fruit with salt OK - on 1 - 4: "guilty" (only add peanut butter TO the sandwich with banana and mayonnaise). Also 'guilty' of the milk in the soup thing. Let's see: I've also weirded friends out with: nacho cheese doritos or cheetohs with french onion dip peanut butter and jelly sandwich broken up into tomato soup cheese on egg rolls oatmeal with sugar, butter AND cream dipping french fries into a Frosty (or other shake) But weirdest of all by far (so I'm told) is: a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce, cheese, bacon, mayonnaise AND apple or grape jelly I know - I'm hopeless! ------------------ Alureth...Dragon friend of Breanna, Mage and Advisor in the Court of Lady Lioness Co-Owner/Operator of the Evil Petting Zoo and devout member of the HADB clan.
