what level should i duel my fighter into a mage?

That depends on the level of difficulty you are playing, which expansions you have installed, and how many people are in your party ...

I would recommend dualing at 7th level. With only 5 in the party, you should get somewhere around 1.2 million to 1.4 million xp per person by the end of IWD on normal difficulty. That will allow you to get your wizard to 15th or 16th level depending on whether you do all the quests or not. [img]smile.gif[/img]

I agree - lvl 7 is a good choice

It allows you to gain the extra ˝ attack pr round a fighter get at lvl 7 + you get a mage with decent HP

Only - don't forget to have a sling + bullits ready if you need to dual-class in the middle of enemy territory
