Needing a date, Johnny?

I must be really lucky, as I rarely get any spam emails. 5 per month, at max. And that's with hotmail!

Only 7 a day Luvian, lucky you! I went on holiday for a month just recently and had over 500 emails waiting for me only about 50 where genuine.

It was worth noting that over a 100 where from sites offering watches or holidays which we had been surfing sites before we left.

What I had also failed to do was reset my filtering on outlook express, where you block certain words. I reset the list to zero to allow some naughty jokes to be sent. The filter word list really does help when you use it.

You've never seen porn-spam? Consider yourself lucky...
I used to get emails like that 'til I changed addresses. Now I'm very careful as to where I put my email address. The odd time I'll forward an email to the webmaster telling him to block the email. I never see them after that.

What you mean when you register for things Wellard? Well I don't think that's possible since you need to get the password from your email, but you have two alternatives. Firstly you can make a hotmail address (the easiest probably) and just use it for all your registering needs, that way all spam goes there. There is also a bug me not plugin for firefox, which auto puts in a username and password for sites, so I don't know if that might be useful to you.

I must be one of the lucky ones, since I don't receive junk mail on hotmail (haven't done for about a year), gmail, or my ISPs account. Good stuff!

Which raises the burning question, has anybody, anywhere, ever bought anything off a popup ad?

.. which is a perfectly sound reason for not clicking ads and buying things off them.

I always delete emails that
A) Have a weird title like "B0IGGER B;OOB'S!!!!1"
B) I don't know where it's coming from
