It may take a few attempts though Ilander, the reason alot of people are having trouble giving invitations is because alot of people are "Guessing" the url that activates accounts and getting unlimited ammounts, so when google tries to give you a "Unique" url, it has been taken.
But It may work first try...

Yes, I was upgraded too. It put all sorts of warm and fuzzy thoughts in my head about hotmail. Although their 'click to to learn about getting more storage for $X' notices look a little lame now, so I'm guessing they're looking more broadly for the positive consequences of this generosity

I tried to get a G-mail account but when a freind of
mine sent me the invite, my e-mail screwed up like it always does and i didn't get it. i dont know what is wrong with my account but hotmail is looking pretty horrible to me right now. btw Hi lyle its Jon here
