NO without cheating BUT
S P O I L E R If you go to the end of SoA you meet 'wraith Sarevok' who is roughly the equivilant of BG1 Sarevok but beefed up to look interesting in BG2. BTW: you'll kick his arse just as easily as in BG1 with your 31st lvl CHAR

You can always use
CLUAConsole:CreateCreature("CHEVIL10") This is, however, a more powerful version of Sarevok.
