I have almost completed skull castle I have given the artifact to Liche ra (who gets whacked by Cet) and got his staff BUT I cannot get anyfurther. The only two courses of continuance are:
1. Library. A door with a level 12lock, no key opens it (and I'm carrying about 13 keys...)it can't be smashed by my 21 strength PC, and after six attempts to pick it by my level15 Ratling ninja with Traps and lock of Level 10 it JAMS!)
2. A closed gate with a stoneface next to it, when touched it says something is
needed but all I have as a possibility are..
A. 13 keys which none work
B. Liche's staff of death
C. A Red Amulet (Dragonblood stone?)

Help please with correct course of action

Mentally Yours,
Si.

Adrianna's key will open the lock in the study.

Use the staff on the stone face to open the door.

That should get you going again!

thanks Wyv, but Adrianna never dropped a key ( if she was the vampiress I whacked her first time out without doing her quest, I just don't believe in aiding evil, especially with a Paladin in my group!, and all she droppede was a bracelet of +1AC, 50% poison RR)
Have I ,missed summat?
Si

P.S thanks for the superhuman quick response, may Smitty bow before you

Okay - so no Adrianna key - and unable to smash it. If you can get a master lock pick at the thieves guild that will do but if you can't do that, don't worry - there is no SUPER treasure behind the door - the the normally randomly generated treasure for this area of the game.

The only other alternative would be to hack a key - and I don't think it is really worth the effort.

Wish I could have been of more help (and I would have responded sooner but I just got home from Best Buy )

LOL!!!!

Did note that they had some copies of W&W at the store. Now I regret that I didn't move them from the bottom shelf (where they were placed) to the top shelf where they belong!

Ah well - a missed opportunity!

LOL Wyvern! When I was in CompUSA the other day, I saw a girl checking out the W&W box. Normally I don't butt in, but I went over near her and told her, "Get it! You won't regret it...I'm on my 5th playthrough." I later saw her in the checkout line purchasing, it, hehehe!

And I've always prided myself on not proselytizing... *sigh*

Another successful convert!

Oh, I have no qualms about telling someone "That's a great game" unfortunately there were no possible targets when I was in the area and I wasn't going to hang around until one appeared.
Should have carried some postit notes - move the game to the top shelf and stuck on a note saying: GREAT GAME! BUY ME! LOL!!!!

It will be a hoot, it will, if she ends up getting on our board! Look for a female from the DFW Texas area!
