hmm well keldorn and aerie are 2 totaly different types of characters. it really depends on who else is in your party and if you need a melee or a spellcaster

true, it depends on your party, but I avoid multi-classed NPCs anyway. They level too slow and max out at lower levels. Aerie would be good in the beginning, but by the end not really. Her only use then would be as a part time mage, and part time cleric, which could actually be useful, but I think that there are better ways of going about it. Like my dualed cleric/mage + Imoen + Anomen = 2 full mages and 1 1/2 clerics.. But that's just me. Besides, Keldorn can really mess some stuff up...

I'd choose Keldorn cause you already have two clerices on your party (Jaheira,Anomen)
Besides Keldorn has +2 Hit points Well ok maybe others dont agree but i do |

I think ALSB would be offended if you'd chose Keldorn... But anyway, Keldorn is a tank, a real fighter, and Aerie is a mage, who normally stands in second line during a fight.. Depends on your party what you need.

Wow, a tuff choice..
Depends, if you need a spellcaster, choose Aerie. However, if your party lacks a Paladin, choose Keldorn cause he is good... How about you take them both in?? |

As the head of ALSB I'd say if you don't have a paladin choose Keldorn for a stronger party.
He can cast dispel magic at twice his level which gets you out of so many troubles like fear and stun. Aerie is there for a good romance and a general backup spell caster with interesting tactical options! ------------------
