Arizona does not have a helmet law but they do have an eye-protection law...the butt flew up under his glasses.

It probably is illegal, doesnt seem to stop most people around here since the cops don't usualy patrol the streets. I only ever see them taking care of traffic issues on Friday nights and on Holiday weekends and even then they are only staked out at a few well placed speed traps. Which explains why people are putting their makeup on, reading the morning paper or shaving while doing 80MPH down I95 in the morning and never get pulled over....unless they crash.
