mI tend to go to bed at 4, maybe 5 am... like I did yesterday. My timetable is such that... I have a 12 hour day on monday, and I don't have to be in until 1 on tuesday, but end at 9pm... and wednesday is my day off. At the earliest, I'm not in bed before 2 or 3... not good...

There was the time a few years ago that ended up with me doing this.

Thats the same with me. I rarely go to bed before 12:30AM, even if I have school, thats just the way my internal clock works. If I got bed earlier than said time, I'll be tossing and turning until that time passes. The one thing about me though is that I'll wake up around 11pm, so it's not like I'm losing sleep

Yesterday I hit the sack at 9am, but that was the extreme. Waking up at 2pm is nothing unusual. But if there´s not at least 7 hours of sleep per night, I have to pump myself full of coffeine. :/

How about to bed at earliest by 1:30 and up by 8 no matter what?

i have a crazy routine too. i don't know how to get out of the habit. i stay awake until around midnite each nite, normally on my computer. then i go to bed. but i don't actually fall asleep till like 3 in the morning. but i alwaws wake up around 5:30, either to go to the bathroom or to turn down the heat on my water bed, then to fall back into an uneasy sleep. only to wake up a half an hour later to take a shower and get ready for school....... it is very odd like most of your sleeping patterns

Maybe the question should be who has regular sleeping habits. How many go to bed at like 11pm and get up at 7am

anyone else have bizarre sleeping patterns?
Absolutely. I cannot tell you how many times I've face-planted in my morning oatmeal.
