i just stay as far away as i can and spam as many firestorms and meteorstorms as i can.. it uses thons of mana but it gets the job done without getting any damage.

What's the value of your 2nd Weapon skill? You need 2nd Weapon about 8 if you want to see two attacks per round. With lower value, your paladin will attack with the second weapon only seldom.

You can always train your 2nd weapon skill in the warrior's guild... costs a lot of gold higher up but I think it's worth it...

dose it betar do give my 2 hand warrior with giant string skill a new skill ( the one the jenee givs me when i say power) or all the skills +1 that it is equol(=) to 4 level upgreat.

In my opinion, take the new skill (arms of argus). The +1 to all skills will happen naturally by the end of the game.
