I can't find this bastard Yxunomei / Yuan-Ti. Can anyone tell me where to look ?!?

HUH?? Are you in the right game?? Or are you talking about Icewind Dale?? Yuan-ti encounters are plenty in this game, but Yxunomei (as I recall) is a boss in Icewind Dale.

You really should go to the Icewind Dale area. But ..... You need to finish the Vale of Shadows, then Arundel will Open up the Dragon's Eye area on your world map. Yxunomei and the Yuan-Ti await you at the bottom of this dungeon.

Think you might be confused dude...??? There aren't any named Yuan-Ti in BG2.

There are yuan-ti in Nalia's keep and also under the sewers.

Yup. However, I don't recall any of those Yuan-Ti having *names* (other than "Yuan-Ti mage"), do you? That's what I posted before. That there aren't any *named* Yuan-ti in BG2.
