Can someone direct me to a list of misc. items and what they combine to create? Like for making weapons and armour.

If you are talking about in the OC, you can get a book from the smith in the basement of the Shining Knights Arms and Armor? I think. I don't know if a list has been published outside the game at this time.

Where is the Shining Knights Arms and Armor? I am playing SoU; with Drogan? I don't think that's in there. Is there another place to find the combos? I've been experimenting since I'm killing Golems and getting steel, but have not been able to put anything together yet. I dropped a lot of stuff I didn't think I'd need.

You won't find it in SoU. It's in Neverwinter proper. I don't recall there being a crafter type in SoU, although, since I only went through it completely once, that's not surprising. I usually only play the OC's to look for cool scripts and such.
