It just so happens that today is the day when my 3 full months of holiday ends. The first of September. The first schoolday!

It's as if this summer had lasted only a blink! Then again, from another perspective, it seems like forever since I've sat down in a classroom. That's just downright silly.

I'm going to study a lot this year! Okay, I say that every first of September but this time I mean it. It's the ninth grade - the first exam year. The first student filter beckons!

I wish luck to all the others whose holidays just ended!

Yeah, dude, the last three months have flown by huh? So did you spend as much time at the beach as you'd hoped to?

Enjoy your school year, uss. I hated school until the day I left - then I missed it. The first week back after the summer always sucks, but you get used to it quickly. Plus you need to get back into the swing of things to avoid turning into a sedentary couch potato. Three months is way too long a break. At my university, I have four off every summer. It's just stupid.

I didn't spend as much time in the beach as I had hoped. The sun didn't shine that much. But I did get to spend some of my days there and those were definitely the funnest. I also went to Norway to climb mountains for 2 weeks, so I got enough tan.

You're right, Arledrian - 3 months is way too long. It'd be a lot better if we had no school in Thursdays at all at the cost of having really short or no holidays. That way it'd be a lot less stressful, I think. Oh well, time to grow some discipline!
