As far as I remember, that big room is it. If you killed the Unseeing Eye, um... you must be in the Beholder Tunnels. Were you facing a big floating orb with eyestalks, or a big unpleasant demon-thing with wings? Coz the demon-thing ain't it.

Dragon Bane +3 - In the lower reaches of the Unseeing Eye Dungeon, the one where you retrieve the 2nd part of the artifact.
Arla's Dragonband, +3 sling - Shade Lord Dungeon, inside the statue with a sun gem
Daystar - In the hidden room of the inn at the City Gate District, a lich is guarding it
Sling +4 - Arvoreen, Beholder Dungeon in Underdark
Sling +5 - Everad's, Bonus CD merchant sells it
Celestial Fury - 2nd floor of the Guarded Compound in the Temple District

WHOA!! Guarded Compouds? Sun gem? Unseeing eye's 2nd Artifact? I'm only on my 1st time through the game.

Yes, this game is just full of surprises.

There are two ways you can take out the "eye":
1) through a long process of retrieving two pieces of artifact and kill it; or
2) attack the priest in the cult and the blind beholder will show up

No, looks like you might have to use some "game enhancements".

Ah, the Map. REALLY useful, this. On the left of the screen are your Icons. The first is a picture of the top of someone's head, and sends you to the main screen. The second has a compass marked on it, and triggers the map. The third has a quill feather pen on it, and is your journal - also very useful. The fourth is a pic of a knapsack and sword, and is your inventory. The fifth is a shape of a head, and is your character record; the book icon is your spellbook; the scroll is your priest spell book; and the disk icon is the options screen.
Try pressing the compass icon to see a view of the area you are in.
