My mother just sent me this. I'm not sure what you need to get it to work (Flash and/or Shockwave plugins). Turn on your speakers and click on the horses.
Does anyone know what language this page is written in?

Certainly not Belgian. Seems to me from a scandinavian country, don't know which though.

Apart from actually recognizing the language spoken, the .se country code in the URL should have given it away as well.
