I'm not going to use a shield and a bow at the same time hehe.There's just this lich that I want to abuse with a bow and boots of speed,so I need to get a good long bow,what are the most damaging arrows?

No I'm in the quest where the Helm temple asked me to destroy the "Eye" or whatever it's called,so when I go to get a part of the magic weapon to destroy it,in the start there's a tomb with a lich(I don't have to open it and fight the lich,but I want to ,so I'll get more experience points).That's the lich I'm talking about.

Its a bit cheesy but you can use yoshimos traps to take him out.
Just for the record, i did that just once and believe me its no fun. B.T.W the shield of Harmony is indeed the best shield in the game but i preder gesen over Heartseeker/tuigan. |

I have a sentinel +4 shield,and I think it's better than shield of harmony.

The sentinal gives a higher AC bonus but Harmony has great immunities.
