Morning all. Cool windy foggy day in Chicago - but not cold. Damn protestors made me re-route myself on my walk to work. They shut down LakeShore Drive at rush hour last night. The whole city was like one long parking lot for hours.
I saw that on the news last night and I was curious if you were stuck in that or if you were unaffected because you were working late again.

Have you ever watched the movie "Philidelphia"? In the beginning there's a scene where Tom Hanks' character is working in the law library late into the night, and I thought "Hey, that's like Timber"

You know what, I'm spending too much time thinking about Timber, hope my sweety doesn't get jealous hehe

You look a little blue Harley. I hope TL's parakeet story doesn't have you down.
Any day you don't have to work is a good day and I'm not working today.
Yesterday, also my supposed day off, I presented a gardening program to a Seniors group. Today I have dedicated to goofing off. I do it so well it's a shame I can't get paid for it.

The blueness is probably from me biting my tongue at work (which lately I'm not doing so well anymore) about how miserable I am and how I'm going to leave as soon as this project's done (a few weeks). I'm only sticking around for this project because it'll give me some Java experience (the programming language, not the drink, hehe).
