Apparently, George Bush is now in the race for the Nobel Prize for peace, for ending the reign of Sadam Hussein. I have a Dutch source at http://www.nu.nl/news.jsp?n=269541&c=20 . I'll post an English one if I come across it.

Yeah, well. It would appear Milosevic and Hitler have been nominated as well. It surprises me that no one is petitioning against that

Considering how critisized the war in Iraq has been, he's unlikely to get the award.
The info from Thepetitionsite say that he was nominated by MP Harald Tom Nesvik, while ABC says he was nominated by MP Jan Simonsen. Which is correct, if any?

Thats like giving Macdonalds a prize for reducing obesity
Or Coke for fighting for better dental hygenie or me a prize for coherent intelligent posting or giving Britney Spears the Oscar... or a prize for being a good role model Norwegians are always good for a laugh... |
