I've read all over the place that you need a 72 in HoF mode (and the characters with this are way too cheesey for me), but what about in regular mode?
What AC do you need so that the only chance of getting hit by a physical attack in regular mode is by the enemies rolling a 20? TIA [ 01-31-2007, 10:11 PM: Message edited by: Klorox ]

Tough question. 30-35 is enough through the horde fortress, but it gets harder from there. Most of the time, you will just have to resign yourself to being hit every so often, and sometimes oftener than others. That's why the game gives you so many healing potions. It's kind of hard to make an efreeti or a Lost Follower miss all the time.
However, anything in the 50s is darned good. Sometimes it's better to go for damage resistance. Stoneskin is a magnificent spell for your tanks.
