OK, here goes my problem - I always miss one FOA part in De'Arnise Keep. To make sure:
One is on the statue in Golems' chapel. The other is where you find the ring of earth control (on Tor'Gal if you have Tacktics Imp. De'Arnise Keep component installed). But where the .... is the third part? Searched all over the Keep to no success. Please give me full, heavy-spoilerish location of the third part. i dont want to miss it once more And CLUAing it into the game is not so great...

Spoilers, obviously.
* * * * * * * * * * * * That's more like it. To find the Acid Head of the Flail, you need to kill Glacias (or uncharm - but that's quite buggy, if memory serves). Glacias is on the 2nd floor of the Keep, in the very center of the floor. You'll need to find a hidden door that leads to him - try the room with the fireplace.

Spoiler
* * * * * * * As Alson said you can charm him. This way you get more experience and he gives you the flail head. However you might want to kill him because he has a full plate mail. Oh and if your having trouble charming him use the ring of earth control on him for some reason this works.

TaSSaDaR, have you BaldurDashed your game already? If not, this may be the reason that the Ring of Earth charms in such a high success rate:

Rings Of Air & Fire Control Fixes restore the missing Save Vs. Spells (with a +3 bonus) that elementals are supposed to be allowed to avoid being charmed by these rings but were missing The fix is supposed to bring back the saves which were ignored, but it does not say anything about the fact that the rings should not work on anything but the respective elementals. And some orcs/ruffians I charmed were surely not elementals

Yes, I noticed that too - the Ring of [Fire, Earth] can charm much more than just [Fire, Earth] Elementals as it claims. I investigated the respective .ITM files, and it seems that the rings will charm anything that is classified as GENERAL: GIANTHUMANOID. For example, Iron & Adamantite Golems classify as GIANTHUMANOIDs, and it seems that Orcs fall under that catagory too. Now, I wonder if the effect bypasses Magic Resistance... Hmmmm....
