Ok I have done everything that I know to do. I have talked to everyone I can. I have killed the shadowthieves. I have gotten the shipment of holy water and stakes. When I go back to the crypt where Bodhi was she is not there. I have went into every crypt. Please someone help me I can't get out of chp. 3.

Did you use the stakes to kill the vampires in their coffins? There are three coffins, you need to defeat three diffrent vampires then stab em in their coffins with the stakes. Once you have done that Bodhi will approach you. If you have already stabbed the THREE vampires, including the main type vampire dude, then i am unsure as to why Bodhi hasnt showed up. Once you have defeated Bodhi, go back to the shadow thieves (dah).
