DawnChaser came about during my high school days of playing Dungeons and Dragons with friends on Saturday nights until the sun came up on Sundays. We played until dawn and I felt that that would make a great character name.
Since that time, I have latched onto Thanatos (as so many people have) and have added my (Dispositioner of Souls) to make my name unique. I became interested in the character through reading Peirs Anthony's "On a Pale Horse", part of his "Incarnations of Immortality" series. When I first signed up for this board, I signed up as Thanatos_DoS, but I never received my emailed password. I tried to re-register, but then I got "the name is already registered", so I registered as DawnChaser, my original name. I am currently trying to find an artistic type to help me to come up with a DawnChaser sig, and am very thankful to Sazerac for his work on the Thanatos(DoS) sig. ------------------ DawnChaser aka Thanatos (Dispositioner of Souls) |

TraderVix-In my first online RPG (VagaBonds Quest) I needed a name. Figuring that it wasn't a completely adult sight (which it wasn't) I needed a clean name.
Listening to that ole song in my head I heard "I saw a werewolf drinking a pina` calota at Trader Vick's, and his hair was perfect." Since I couldn't type the whole name and my shortened form sounded like a more personal two part name (Trader Vix) I chose to use it. Later I relized the more intresting add-ins to that name when I realized people thought it meant TraderVixen (since my char. was female). Loving the new applications to the name (though I'm a guy I love making people think before they assume) I stuck with it. ------------------ Did you know you can use your old motor oil to fertize your lawn? |
