Incase you like Star trek, well I've been working on my OWN series called "Starfleet Missions", this is Episode II, and I have a 30 second animation of the camera moving around Starfleet Academy. This animation requires the DiVx codec (link at my main site) and the animation is 3.8MB.

Download it here: www.tgeweb.com (see first news header)

Let me know what ya think!!

When I try to download Div-X Codec (or whatever) I get "Page Cannot Be Displayed". Of course, I don't exactly know what I am doing in any case, so please forgive me if I am missing the obvious!

Their site is down, hmmm. odd!

Here is a mirror site to download the codec you need to view it:
http://www.divx-digest.net/software/...x_311alpha.exe

Hope that works, lemme know!!

Me too, Z. I've been wrestling with this for weeks now and still can't get it to play (I installed the DivX) My PC has gone a little psycho since I put a dual boot with Win9x... but can't get it to work on the 98 side either...

Wow, Ziroc!!! That is so cool! Tell me, is this a game you're creating? Very interesting.

BTW, you have the distinction of having the first movie I've downloaded off the Internet with my new DSL connection! I enjoyed seeing it.

, cool! yeah, that 1st movie was made waaay back in 1994 in a 2D paint proggie, but was fun to make.

It's not a game (could be though!!) it's an animated movie that I've been working on forever. check out the Starfleet Missions 'area' on my website for more animated short cuts and screenshots!

Hmm, Relic, have you installed it to the windows 98 section or 95?

LadyRae, save it to a dir, then in windows explorer goto that dir and click on that filename twice, and follow the directions--should install fine. (You will need to reboot I think). reg settings may update.

Lemme know!!
