Uphill, both ways, remember?
And we were GRATEFUL, remember?

I'm looking over at the latest addition to our house... a treadmill. Gotta get back in shape (and yes, round is a shape...), and I figure that while I check my emails in the morning, I can walk off a few pounds here and there...

So far, so good. Had it one day, we've each used it once. Tomorrow's another day, and another opportunity.

I thought Iron-works had something to do with metal working too. Bodybuilding? Now that's an interesting thought. But I'm a girl and not into that thing. I much prefer cardio exercises, like walks.

Nothing wrong with lifting weights, although I prefer push-ups, sit-ups and similar exercises myself.

I've never done that myself, and from what my coach told me if you don't know what your doing you can really screw up your back. Or was that for the power cleaning? Wait?? Oh dead lift, when you have the bar (or the hex-bar that you stand it the middle of) at your feet and you kinda do a squat only you don't have the bar on your shoulders? I'm not sure, it's been forever since I've been in highschool (ok so it's only been a little under a year.)
