starting chap4

Hello everyone. I have a rather odd question: should I start chapter 4. I mean, this will put me on an island, and I still have a lot to do in the city (my stronghold quest, the eye quest, ...) Should I stay in chapter 3 and do some more quests, or should I start chapter 4. I believe I can only get back in chapter 6? Is that correct? Won't I lose my stronghold if I do this?

I dont know about chapter 6, but I have stayed in the city to finish so many quests I can before I go out to the island. I have done thy Eye quest, and am now working on the Kankaxx's quest... I would stay in the city... there is no time limit to the game, so take your time to explore.

Sorry rants over now. Most quests give you some neat and unique magic items so it's worth doing most stuff before moving on to chapter four. You should at least do your stronghold quest so that plot is carrying on while you're away. There are some tough battles ahead of you and it's good to be prepared so you don't get stuck. No you shouldn't lose your stronghold unless you're a thief and you'll have plenty of gold to regain it when you return. Anything you think you can handle do now, anything you can't wait to do later.

Hey, thanx guys. How fast can one reply... I'll stay in chap3 for some time (I started in 4 (only very beginning) but will use a save game to do the rest of 3. I even have to finish the umar hills and such. I'll get those items and xp before I start 4 (don't want to miss anything in this great game)
