and if I find said computer locked, cannot use, or shall I say misuse it, and I reboot it, and find I have administrator access?

Anyway what I ment was, I want a login password, i don't want auto login.

Variol: Like some people have said, some PCs don't have a password. So they just automatically log in. If you put a password there, then it will ask for it. You could remove the password and hope it logs on by itself.

Intrepid: Glad to be of help. Don't know any workarounds though about what you really want to accomplish.

Do you randomly reboot locked computers to see how easily you can (ab)use administrator access?
Oh, wait.

Try removing your password, restarting, and then adding your password again...
