Funny...though I kind of like Chewbacca's idea...strange thing is, I think more fireworks in my area are being let off on the third...

Yesterday I was talking to one of my friends... I asked if she wanted to do anything Sunday. And she said, "You mean the Fourth of July?" I had totally forgotten about it. I usually forget about it unless there's a sale I want to take advantage of, or unless there's a huge outing planned... That's usually the extent of my Patriotic Activities. And hey, there's no better way to celebrate this country than to revel in its capitalistic glory for two whole days a year (the other day being Black Friday). Sometimes I go to see some fireworks, but only if a group of friends go. This year I'll probably go to the beach during the day, because it's supposed to be nice, and then I'm supposed to have a movie night. It's not 4th of July as much as it's a Sunday this year.

Hmm, tonight, I really want to go to the movies, and see Spiderman 2, but the fireworks are tonight, and my parents want me to go to the neighbor's BBQ. Ah, well, Independence Day, I will see the movie theater, in all its glory!

Well, I'm going to help my southern neighbors celebrate their rebellion, err...I mean Independence day by sitting a keg down on my back deck, inviting a few friends over, and having a BBQ.
We've got some steaks, burgers, hot dogs for the kids, some potato salad, and a very large swimming pool. Happy 4th of July my American Friends!

Downunda and I are going up to my brother's house to party for the 4th. He's gonna cook some great carne. Staying the night as well, since, uh, it wouldn't be a good idea for me to drive And no way in hell am I letting a kiwi who drives on the right drive my car
Happy 4th everyone!

I just got back from buying tonight's toys. I plan on just spending the night with my family making things go boom and/or go *bubble bubble melt*
