Adamantite golem

i played BG and never needed to read a post to get through the whole game. Now i am getting lazy. Will someone tell me how they beat that bad muttha' ?

+3 weapons or better. They are pretty much immune to magic so protect yourself. They are awfully big and can only fit through certain spaces so try to find a narrow passage where they can't get to you and just pluck away at them with ranged weapons. This way you can avoid their breath weapon also.

I had a hard time with these guys. +3 blunt weapons seem to hit, but cause minimum damage. Equip. your main fighters with the clerics weapons even if they arent proficient. They will still hit. The Vorpal works on them I've been told. Rod of Smiting (available for sale in the UnderDark) beats them up bad. Lower Resistance by two mages followed by multiple Magic Missiles is very effective. Hope that helps
