Hi Yorick,
I cannot say for certain, but I do know that His Marvellousness Ziroc has been transferring all of the threads to the new forum. So hopefully even if they do not reappear here, perhaps we will have them there.

Memnoch, did you see any replys to the second post re. Real life stats. I replied after your "hey chill man" and wondered if anyone responded.

Will we ever see those lost threads again?! (sniff) Are they lost forever? (sob) They're a record of human connection! A meeting of minds and an exchange of ideas! Ideas are currency and we can freely tap into that exchange at will! (choke)

I'm dying of curiosity! (gasp) I need to read what has been exchanged over the last eight hours since I withdrew into the isolation of a real world party! (weep) And now I am here... witnessing a wasteland.... a desecration.... a plundering piracy of the very fabric of roleplaying soul.

SOMEONE HELP MEEEEEE!

No sweat Yorick mate, quite a few people replied and no one flamed you so all's well!! Enjoy ur gig 2nite, i'll be watching the Sydney Harbour fireworks from my balcony!

Ziroc should be able to transfer the threads. Let's all give the poor guy a break, for a crash to happen on new years eve, i can imagine the two words he must've said, "**** **!" (you can guess what the * stand for!)

"Beer me!"
That said, I'm off to eat, drink and be merry, with my significant other's blessings. Happy new year, all.

Gone now. It's that part in the hot Melbourne evening where the office gradually grinds to a halt. From what I can gather from mates, I was tipsy before the party started and well and truly gone within the hour. Furthermore, I stayed around until about four or five, during which time I may or may not have tried unsuccessfully to chat other women up, been kicked in the gut by my girlfriend, and almost drowned in a bowl of punch. I have no idea how I got back to my flat, but I have a pretty good idea of why I woke up on the couch and my girlfriend wound up taking the bed. I'm pretty sure she'll be waiting for me with a sledgehammer when I get back home.

(Groan)... oh well, hope it blows over. Sounds like you had a fun night though.

I'm outta here.
Talk to you later mate.
