Pretty nasty... my brother recounts similar challenges from a major telecommunications company. He gets told he's not working his people hard enough, 'cause they work less than 60...

That being said, finding another job *is* an option... you can't get screwed unless you let it happen. Doesn't make the screwer any less responsible, but it doesn't absolve you, either.
