1.9 megabits per second. I hit 3.1 a few months back, but cable company has since put a cap on their nodes.

2.3 megabits per second all for the low, low monthly price of $44 US.
It's expensive, but it beats the snot out of paying $10-15 a month for dialup.

What this is telling me is that broadband is obviously a lot quicker in the US than it is in places like Australia, the UK or Europe. I can't believe you guys are getting these speeds.
Then again, it's an American site...maybe that has something to do with it... [ 02-03-2003, 05:31 PM: Message edited by: Memnoch ] |

I should have Bioware try this...they can load a LARGE site in about 2 seconds!
I got 1.3 Megabits/Second. I could download a 1 MB file in 6.3 seconds! |

1.2mb/sec, gotta love cable. cdn$50/month (i don't have TV cable, so I pay $10 more for the modem)
I've hit peaks in excess of 3mb/sec, but I think there are more users in the local network neighbourhood now. edit>spelling [ 02-03-2003, 08:08 PM: Message edited by: Sir Krustin ]
