A tool to make minimal multiple installs of BG2 with little fuss, and no complex hex editing stuffs. Details

Because some mods are incompatable with others, which can be problematic. Or, you might want a ToB-free installation for playing multiplayer with those without ToB.

Ok, version 2 is now up. It should no longer choke on long paths (ie, those with spaces) and will suggest an existing install to copy the files from. Feedback on this feature from users of Windows 98 would be highly appreciated.

It's also invaluable to modders who would like one "clean" install to test their mods, and another install to actually get to "play" on.

It's also nice to have your Tutu and wear it, too.

so can you use this to have a second install with tutu on it? my primary install has lots of mods, saves etc and i don't really want to uninstall/reinstall to have a clean install to copy. if this works for Tutu that would be sweet!

Tutu will probably work, but might not - it depends on what files it copies from the BG1 directory. Try it anyway, and let me know. If it does not work, I will look at making a BG1Tutu compatible version.

A version which I believe to be MacOS and *nix compatible is now up, as is version 3 of the Win32 app, which should now read the correct registry key...

ehm by the way Lennon, I think your version from Calagary (I think that was the name, something like that) is corrupt in some way, it wouldnt run for me, but it worked fine with a version sent by Andrew.
