i have to split my response between bg1 and bg2 as the portraits and personalities were different.

bg1 cutest: imoen (alora close 2nd)
bg1 sexiest: safana
bg1 ugliest: sharteel
bg2 cutest: aerie
bg2 sexiest: viconia
bg2 ugliest: jan

hmm, i suppose i can end the suspense and decide everyone's opinion for themselves:

overall cutest: Boo, with aerie in 2nd
overall sexiest: safana (viconia's just too much of a b*tch)
overall ugliest: jan

Amen to that Arnabas I think Jaheira is a mega babe for a druid in a computer game anyway and I strongly support her and thanks to everyone for your support.

I'm currently playing BG II:TOB and am in chapter 2. Aierie just asked me if she was pretty last night. They had no choice that said: "Listen honey, you have no junk in your trunk and Jeheira is all that and a bag of chips"

I just can't help it.

I'm a female player, so my opinions may strongly differ from most of you...
Sexier NPC: Anomen (I have a thing about his eyes and smile...) and perhaps Ajantis from BG1 (his portrait made him look like so strong...)
Cutest NPC: Imoen and Mazzy - by the way, that diminutive fighter was so cheerful that I took her portrait in one of my games!
Ugliest NPC: Jan Jansen from BG2 (his portrait doesn't resemble a thief),Quayle from BG1, and also Korgan. Stats aside, I think gnomes and dwarves are VERY ugly, specially in BG1 where female dwarves or gnomes had beards on their paper dolls.
Coolest NPC Kivan(from BG1) and Minsc.
Most Annoying Voices: Jan's, Alora's (from BG1) and Xzar's (also from BG1 - I really hated his "Stop touching me!")
