Umm. Im in the part of the crypt where I killed a wizard lady, and a shadow warrior I think. heh. They both droped a red crystal. Im wondering If I did something wrong, or out of order. These two crystals are obviously used to make these two stair wells pop up. Well one poped up, and I took the little blue doll. I went across to the other stair well, and it just says "receptacle isn't working". Did I do the wrong side first or something. hehe, I hope Im making sense Could I try to stack craits to jump up on the other ledge ? Any suggestions would be cool. ) Thank you.

Only one side will work. You choose one side or another. The doll is used to open one of the paths that you'll soon find. I think the one you took is for the wizard's path (one on the left?). There are 2 vestal urns in a room not far from where you are. Just put the doll in the one that corresponds to the stairway you took it from (if you went left, put the doll in the urn on the left or vice versa). Don't worry nothing got screwed up .

You are on the right track, jlinkk. This doll is for deposit to go into one of the toughest areas in the game. The other stairs can be conquered as you suggested and then you can go into both sides of the challenging halls if you wish. You only need to do one, not both. Some choose to do both. I hope this is helpful information. Come back for more help if needed.

Welcome to the board!
It is OK that you can get only one figure - 'cause for finishing crypt you'll need to go by Wizard's OR by Warrior path - only one of them. So, when you pick up blue doll you are actually choosing your way.
Still, somewhere I have seen posts about jumping up in order to get the second doll. So, it is obviously possible, but not neccessary!

Tanda

I suppose you COULD stack things but that'd be awfully difficult wouldn't it? I'd just go one way. One's bad enough....

I agree with that got my chestnuts roasted over those open fires too many times. But it is possible.Hey someone give a donut I just broke the triple digit and did it right here in the W&W forum.I normally would have just moved to the next game after i finshed it.But the community of friends here made me stay,I really think this is one of the best boards I have been a part of.

I agree that this place is really nice sagerider. I've joined a couple of forums before but no one has ever been that nice to me. In fact, that's the reason I'm staying here. I originally wanted some help and now I have over 100 posts, which I also made it to tonight! I guess we both need donuts! Here you can have mine.
