And I'm writing the ALSB story at the same time - any ideas for an ALSB holiday (religious)? Like "Firkraags Death" or "The Loss of Wings"? Also, can anyone tell me what 5'10" and 160lbs are in metric?

160 lbs are about 80 kilograms.

And 5'10" is about 1,7 meters, not precisely, but close.

Sounds much worse than I got today - mainly my right arm which was resting on the car window as I drove. Think I'll try my favourite remedy for everything, vanilla ice cream. Normally applied internally, about 1/2 a litre at a time, but this time I might try it as a external application.
