Shadow thieves and Bodhi

If yyou take a bad path with ST, Arkanis attacks.

Is you take a critical path with Bodhi, what happens(Im not ever gonna side with Bodhi)

I'm curious too because my friend is stuck!!!
He is helping Bodhi, but can't get back to her lair. Doors locked.
This the 1st mission He went down to the docks and did everything...he couldn't find any crates. I always playe the goodie party, so I couldn't help.

I domnt understand why you would have to be good/evil to help ST/Bodhi

I always have ACTUALLY Everything, Edwin evil, Jan neutral, Minsc Good(you get the idea) I always keep my REP at 10 though.
